From managing a duplex as a student to guiding clients today
I managed my first property in 1998, while I was still a student, a duplex. I found the tenants, collected the rent, made the small repairs myself and kept track of every expense. In 2001, I bought a duplex of my own.
Back then, good advice wasn't easy to find. I learned most things firsthand, by living them, choosing tenants, handling repairs, budgeting for the unexpected, and deciding when to buy and when to sell. It taught me early that a property is more than a price. It's a responsibility, an investment and, for the people living in it, a home.
Still an owner today
More than 25 years later, I still co-own and manage several residential and commercial properties, including industrial buildings, where I've worked on revitalizing older warehouse spaces and keeping long-term tenants. I've also held operational leadership roles in manufacturing, where I learned to solve problems methodically and keep complex projects on track.
What that means for you
Today, as a real estate broker authorized to practise in both residential and commercial brokerage, I help clients buy and sell homes, condos and plexes, as well as commercial and industrial properties. Whatever the property, I look at it the way an owner does: what it will cost to keep, what needs attention, and what it will be worth when it's time to move on. My advice comes from experience, through several market cycles, not theory.
It's also why I share straight answers in my Buyer and Seller Guides. When I started, that kind of information was hard to find. Today, it should be easy.
Many of my clients are going through a major life transition: buying a first home, moving up, downsizing, or selling a family home after a loss. These moments are personal, and I take that seriously. You can expect clear advice, a detailed market analysis, and my personal involvement from the first conversation to the notary's signature.

I'm a proud West Island resident, and I help buyers and sellers across the West Island, Île-Perrot and Vaudreuil-Soulanges. I work in English, French and Greek. As a broker with Royal LePage Village, I also support the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, which helps women and children escaping violence.
