Commercial Real Estate in Montreal, the West Island and Vaudreuil-Soulanges

An owner's perspective on commercial property

I don't just broker commercial property. I own and manage it. Over more than 20 years, I've revitalized older industrial buildings, kept long-term tenants in place, and managed residential and commercial income properties through several market cycles. Before real estate brokerage, I worked in manufacturing operations, so I understand how a business actually uses its space.

That's the perspective I bring to every commercial client, whether you're buying, selling, leasing or investing.

Who I work with

  • Business owners looking to lease or buy their premises
  • Owners selling an industrial, commercial or mixed-use building
  • Investors buying or selling income properties, including buildings with 5 or more units
  • Landlords looking for the right tenant, and tenants looking for the right space

Property types

  • Industrial and warehouse buildings
  • Plex and light-industrial space
  • Retail and office space
  • Mixed-use buildings (commercial on the ground floor, residential above)
  • Residential income properties with 5 or more units

What an owner looks at

When I assess a commercial property, I look at it the way an owner would: the condition of the building and its systems, operating costs, existing leases and tenants, zoning and permitted uses, access and parking, and for industrial space, details like loading docks, ceiling height and electrical capacity. These are the things that shape a property's value and how well it will work for you.

How I work

I start by understanding your business or investment goals - I provide a clear analysis of the market and comparable properties - I coordinate with the professionals your transaction needs, such as a notary, lawyer, accountant, building inspector or environmental consultant - I negotiate on your behalf and stay personally involved from start to finish
